Is the complex open on weekend ..(Saturday & Sunday)? I read that on weekend we cannot go inside the building, is it right? I plan to visit on Satuday and I have only one day in Chandigarh so ,please advise

The capitol complex is open only by appointment now. There are planned trips which you need to check. As said above for security reasons it is not open for access all the time.
