Depends on the concert. Those typical tourist concerts which are performed there from time to time have no dress code.

I can't recall if food was served on the premisses, but it seemed the concert was in a commercial area and, I would think, would have food nearby. How about contacting the concert hall and asking them? I suppose most of the people who would be posting the orangerie are tourists and may be on tour busses, as I was. When they came out of the concert it was dark and back on the bus we went. Also, you could contact your hotel, and they would surely know. I'm with you, best to know before you head out.
