BEAVER DAM, Wis. (WKOW) — Police have released new footage connected to an Amber Alert investigation . Security camera video shows Gary Day, 40, in the Beaver Dam area. Day is charged in connection to the disappearance of Sophia Franklin, 16, of Beaver Dam. Franklin is the subject of an Amber Alert in Wisconsin, Alabama and Missouri.

The Beaver Dam police department released new surveillance footage on Monday night from the day a Beaver Dam teen went missing.

Gary Day, 40, and pregnant 16-year-old abductee Sophia Franklin are believed to be taking an unknown route through Missouri while on their way to Arkansas, officials say. The alert has also been extended in Arkansas.

An Amber Alert issued for a pregnant teenager who is believed to be with a 40-year-old man has been extended to include more states.

Authorities say Gary Francis Day, 40, is the father of Franklin's unborn child and is not supposed to have contact with her.

It’s now been two weeks since the Amber Alert for pregnant 16-year-old Sophia Franklin was issued. While the search hasn’t stopped, Beaver Dam Police say tips from Wisconsin and across the country have started to slow down a bit.
