Gas stations across Florida were resuming operations on Monday, easing fuel shortages as the state recovered from back-to-back hurricanes which caused widespread disruption.

In Palm Beach County, which usually has the state's highest gas prices, the average was $3.26, the same as last week, five cents less than a month ago, and 28 cents less than a year ago. Floridians are still cleaning up the devastation left behind by Hurricane Milton after it struck the state last week. CBS News correspondent Tom Hanson reports on what the area looks like and the lack of fuel that's hampering the recovery.
