There’s a new iOS and iPadOS 18 feature that can truly be transformative for motion sickness in the car, including for hurricane evacuations.

The iOS 18 update includes a feature called Vehicle Motion Cues, designed to help reduce motion sickness by using animated dots that mimic vehicle movements. The feature aims to reduce sensory conflicts by syncing the visual cues on the screen with the motion detected by the iPhone’s sensors.
