Former Barcelona and PSG star Neymar could return to action a year after his knee injury suffered while playing for Brazil.

Brazil forward Neymar has made significant improvement on his knee recovery and could be fit to play on Oct. 21, sources told ESPN Brasil on Monday.

After Neymar returned to training with Al Hilal in September, new reports say that the Brazilian star could be ready to play soon with his club. Brazil forward Neymar has stayed away from the pitch since suffering an ACL and meniscus rupture a year ago.

Al-Hilal star Neymar could return from his long-term knee injury as early as next week after making significant progress in his recovery.
