Hershey has appointed Andrew Archambault president of its US confection division while Veronica Villasenor has been named president of salty snacks.

Michele Buck, the first female chairman, president and CEO of The Hershey Co. and a 2022 Top Women in Grocery Trailblazer winner, is stepping down after a storied CPG career. The Hershey, Pa.-based company announced that Buck is retiring and a succession plan is in place.

The Hershey Co. has announced that Michele Buck will be retiring from her positions as president and CEO effective June 30, 2026. The chocolate maker said Buck intends to serve in her existing roles until her successor is appointed, at which time she plans to resign from the board and transition to a senior advisor role until her retirement.
