Yeah, that's the ticket to being a Saturday Night Live superfan. Now in its landmark 50th season and with more Emmys than any other TV show, SNL has cemented its place in pop culture history — one cowbell at a time.

A host can make or break an episode, rocket a sketch to virality, or keep everyone talking about 'SNL' deep into the week after it aired. But these stars did it best.

The outlet reported that “SNL” will return with a new episode on Saturday, Feb. 15, one day before the three-hour “Saturday Night Live 50th Anniversary Special” is set to air.

The episode starred the original "Saturday Night Live" cast members — Gilda Radner, John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Garrett Morris, Laraine Newman and Chevy Chase, who did double-duty as the show's first "Weekend Update" anchor.
