Jr NTR's Devara picked up the pace during its third weekend, moving closer to a milestone at the Indian box office.

Devara was released on September 27 and has performed quite well since then. However, on its day 18th, the film saw a massive dip.

Devara happens to be Jr NTR’s first film to collect Rs 500 crore at the box office. The buyers (distributors and exhibitors) of Devara: Part 1 have broken even last week and have also entered into the profits zone.

Part 1, the highly anticipated Telugu action drama featuring N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Saif Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor. Released on September 27, 2024, the film showcases a gripping narrative of bravery and betrayal set in the 1980s and 1990s.

Part 1 has breached a massive feat of Rs 500 crores at the global box office within just 16 days of its release. Directed by Koratala Siva and backed by Yuvarathnaa Arts and NTR Arts, Devara is now in the third position of the highest-grossing Indian films of 2024 list.

Devara: Part 1 is officially the number two movie at the global box office, beating out Francis Ford Coppola's Megalopolis.

Having amassed an impressive Rs 268.6 crore after 16 days of its run, the makers announced that Devara has entered the Rs 500 crore mark globally.

The pan-India film Devara: Part 1, starring Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan, has crossed the ₹260cr mark at the box office. On Friday (Day 15), it earned ₹2.65cr, bringing its total collection to ₹263.50cr, reported Sacnilk. This major feat highlights the film's appeal and box office success. It is directed by Koratala Siva.
