The Super Bowl is poised to reach its widest Spanish-language audience yet thanks to a shared rights deal between Fox Deportes and Telemundo. The networks will both air the game from New Orleans on Feb.

NBC and Fox networks expected to land biggest Spanish-language audience in the US for the NFL’s showpiece game.

Fox Deportes in 2015 was the first U.S. network to air the Super Bowl in Spanish. Next February’s contest will mark its fifth Super Bowl, the most of any Spanish-language network. Fox Deportes also holds the two most-watched Super Bowl telecasts in Spanish-language cable history.

The Super Bowl is set to air on two Spanish-language networks next year, the sports cable channel Fox Deportes (FOXA) and the Spanish broadcast network Telemundo (CMCSA).

For the first time, there will be two Spanish-language broadcasts of the game, one on Telemundo, and the other on Fox Deportes.

Fox Corporation and Comcast’s NBC Universal have struck an agreement that will allow both networks to produce separate Spanish-language simulcasts of the Super Bowl this season. The deal will see Fox Deportes and Telemundo air unique simulcasts of Super Bowl LIX (59),
