ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis region was hit Monday by its second winter storm of the season, and nearly every interstate and highway are experiencing massive traffic delays because of it.

Sunshine will bring some relief Tuesday afternoon, but an Arctic blast later this week could mean snow lingers for a while.
