New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye was named a Pro Bowl alternate on Tuesday. The UNC product will be replacing Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who declined to participate in the game.

Drake Maye's rookie season for the New England Patriots will end with the quarterback making a trip to Orlando, Florida for the NFL's Pro Bowl Games. Maye has been added to the AFC roster as an alternate/injury replacement,

Buffalo’s Josh Allen, Baltimore’s Lamar Jackson, and Washington’s Jayden Daniels won’t be participating in the Pro Bowl Games this week. Bills running back James Cook and center Connor McGovern also were selected as replacements.
