We already know that the New York Jets are buyers, but who else in the AFC East might be rolling around a shopping cart?

With the trade deadline still three weeks away, the Jets and Bills made early moves to add playmakers on offense.

The quick reaction from a Miami Dolphins standpoint is that their hopes of winning the AFC East — assuming they fix their issues in the first place — took a bit of a hit with Davante Adams joining the Jets and Amari Cooper heading for Buffalo.

Two wide receiver trades changed the AFC East landscape Tuesday — to the Miami Dolphins’ detriment. First, the New York Jets (2-4, 10th seed in the AFC) acquired Davante Adams for a third-round pick that could become a second.
