Arsenal will be without Ethan Nwaneri for a spell after the Hale End academy product picked up a muscle injury against Brighton and Hove Albion.

Arsenal midfielder Ethan Nwaneri is set to be sidelined for “a few weeks” with a muscular injury sustained against Brighton & Hove Albion. The 17-year-old was forced off at half-time during Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion with what Mikel Arteta would later describe as “a muscular thing”.

Mikel Arteta confirmed that Ethan Nwaneri is set to face a spell on the sidelines and join Arsenal’s growing injury list.
