The new Air Force One was initially set for 2024, but has been pushed to some time in 2027 for the first plane and in 2028 for the second, the Air Force said.

According to the Air Force, the new aircraft is 250 feet, 2 inches long, the longest commercial jet in the world and will emit 16 tons less carbon dioxide per trip compared to the current aircraft.
