Warmer weather continues to arrive this week as we move well into the 60s at times through Friday. Morning moderate, holding above freezing most mornings. Looking ahead to the weekend, we expect some showers early in the day on Saturday. These will quickly clear, giving way to more warmth through Sunday.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The First Alert Weather Team says temperatures are starting to rise. Some light rain over Southeast Georgia this evening. It’ll be partly to mostly cloudy over Northeast Florida with lows tonight well above freezing – in the 40s to low 50s.

Rainy weather made for wet road conditions Sunday morning, leading to a multi-vehicle collision on westbound Interstate 8 near San Diego State University, according to a Sig Alert from California Highway Patrol.

First Alert AccuTrack shows light rain falling across the state. Most of this rain will wrap up by mid-morning leaving a cloudy sky. Temperatures are starting in the 40s and 50s. The sky is expected to gradually clear this afternoon as temperatures hold in the mid-50s.
