I know there are a ton traditional Japanese restaurants that are across the globe that are Michelin starred but that doesn't speak to the local cuisine and what people eat on a day to day basis.

No mention of that on the app. Not only do I save delivery fees contacting the restaurant itself and picking up the food myself, and get it hot instead of sitting in a delivery car for who knows how long, but I also save money by not paying inflated menu prices.

Jan 18, 2025 · Because most restaurants don't make it from scratch either unless maybe you go to some authentic, mom and pop operated Italian place (and then it's still iffy) and just have it delivered in a box or a bag they get from a food distribution company and they just warm it up.

Jan 14, 2025 · Restaurants like it for obvious reasons - they get to pay servers less, and the servers in turn rely on the customers to fill in that gap (and then some, if it's a very successful place). It also means servers have to work harder and faster if they want to maximize their income potential, which also benefits the proprietors.
Being an outgoing person in a homebody and expensive world
Jan 3, 2025 · I'm not a homebody by nature. In the Spring and Summer I do a lot cycling and enjoy a lot stuff like day trips, parks, outdoor festivals, and so on. When winter comes, I'm kinda forced to retreat home. It's why I don't like winter much, but I've grown to embrace it. I would do a lot restaurants, coffeeshops and the like to abate this.
