In DLSS supported games, the DLSS file can be found in your game directory called "nvngx_dlss.dll". All you need to do is download the latest version of the DLSS client library from TechPowerUp, then replace the current DLSS.dll file with the new one.

To update your DLSS file: Close your game. Go to https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/ Download the DLL file in the sidebar on the left side of the website. E.g., NVIDIA DLSS DLL 3.1.1. Unzip it. Copy and paste the DLL file to the location of the original nvngx_dlss.dll file in the game's installation folder.

Extract the nvngx_dlss.dll from the zip file. Go to the relevant game’s installation folder whose DLSS version you want to upgrade. Find the file named nvngx_dlss.dll and make a copy of it to back it up in case anything goes wrong. Then you can safely replace it with the file that you downloaded.

There are two ways to do this, one with DLSS Swappper (easiest and will backup the old dlss files automatically). This can also upgrade your other games with ease incase you have other games that uses DLSS.
